Masoud has lived in 7 countries and worked in over 30 countries for global companies like Vodafone and Coca-Cola.  His portfolio also includes family businesses and start ups. 

 

Masoud holds an MBA, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of People Development (FCIPD).  He is a NLP Master Practitioner and timeline therapist and an IMD trained change management trainer.  He is also a facilitator, coach and public speaker.

Shabnam has fifteen years of experience in her various careers.  Her key capability is in resourcing and learning development.  Shabnam’s senior level CV also covers HR, property, supply chains, ER and public relations management.

Spanning both Western and Eastern cultures, she’s held positions within multinationals, large organisations and the private sector. 

20 years experience as a CEO/MD in many countries with major corporations including Mondelez International, BAT and Solico Dairy. 

 

Transformational change, turnaround and new market entries are particular specialities. 

 

Emil is a qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACMA) and a British national based in London.

Stuart is a journalist, producer, writer, reporter and editor who has worked for major global organisations. His experience covers TV, online, radio and print.  Over many years with the BBC, he covered all major news events for UK TV and Radio plus the globally respected World Service Radio.  

 

Recent projects range across corporate literature for a global financial company, an extended corporate environmental profile of France and TV production for an international broadcaster.
